I've lost my card, what should I do?

Any lost cards will incur a £5 replacement fee. Please speak to a member of the team, or email infor@sanctus-gym.co.uk to get a replacement.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we work with experienced coaches who offer 1-to-1 and small group personal training. This is ideal if you want extra support, personalised programming, or help working toward specific goals.

Game Day is our monthly fitness throwdown, held on the last Sunday of every month. It’s a 2-hour community event where CrossFit-style and Hyrox-inspired training come together for a fun, challenging blowout. Expect team workouts, partner challenges, and high energy.

What equipment do you have?

We have everything you need for functional fitness, Hyrox-style training, and strength development: barbells, bumper plates, rigs, sleds, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman kit (yokes, logs, sandbags, atlas stones), and more

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We recommend booking to secure your spot, as class sizes are capped to ensure quality coaching. You can book easily through our online system.

Can I use the gym without joining classes?

Yes, both Gold and Platinum memberships include open gym access so you can train on your own using our specialised equipment

Are specialised classes included in my membership?

Specialised classes (Strongman, Hybrid, Olympic Weightlifting) are not included in Gold or Platinum memberships. They are led by expert freelance coaches and are available as pay-as-you-go sessions for £10 each. These classes give you the opportunity to work closely with specialists, improve technique, and gain advice you can carry into your training.

What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum memberships?

Gold Membership – Full gym access plus 3 classes per week £55 p/m Platinum Membership – Full gym access with unlimited classes £75 p/m Specilised classes such as Strongman and Olympic Weightlifting are not included in either membership and are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our classes are scalable for all fitness levels, meaning every workout can be adapted to suit you. Whether you’re new to training or already experienced, our coaches will guide you to work at your own pace and progress safely.

What is Sanctus Gym and what makes it a hybrid gym?

Sanctus Gym is a community-driven training space that combines the best elements of functional fitness, strength training, conditioning, and specialised classes under one roof. What makes us a hybrid gym is the variety we offer — from high-intensity circuits, CrossFit-inspired classes, endurance sessions to Olympic weightlifting, Strongman, and Hyrox-inspired training. Unlike a traditional gym, we don’t just provide equipment — we provide structured classes, expert coaching, and open gym access, giving you the freedom to train how you want while being supported by specialists in their fields.

How Can I Access Specialised Classes?

Specialised Classes – Pay As You Go (£10 per class) At Sanctus Gym we also offer specialised classes that go beyond our standard memberships. These are unique training opportunities, led by expert freelance coaches who bring advanced knowledge and years of experience in their field. Because these classes are run by specialist instructors, they are not included in Platinum Unlimited or Gold memberships and are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis at £10 per class. Our Specialised Classes include: Strongman – Train with traditional strongman equipment such as atlas stones, yokes, logs, and sandbags. Build raw strength, power, and grit with expert guidance. Hybrid (Hyrox-Inspired) – A high-intensity endurance and strength session combining running, rowing, sled pushes, and functional exercises, designed to test and improve your overall engine. Olympic Weightlifting – Develop explosive strength and precision under the bar by learning and refining the snatch and clean & jerk with a specialist weightlifting coach. These sessions are not just about the workout — they’re an opportunity to work closely with experts, improving your technique, form, and training knowledge while receiving personalised advice you can carry into all aspects of your fitness journey.
